Altamira Retreat is a 4 bedroom, 4 ensuite, luxury holiday home set within the grounds of a boutique vineyard. Altamira Retreat can accommodate a maximum of 8 adult guests only.
The configuration of the bedrooms should be confirmed at time of booking as one of the bedrooms can be split into two singles if required (normally king bed). If we are not notified the bedding configuration will be:
1 x King
3 x Queen
STRICTLY NO EVENTS OR FUNCTIONS are to be held on the property or within the house.
Please note there are CTC camera’s monitoring the driveway, shedding area and exterior of the house.
Pets are strictly not permitted on the property or in the house.
Altamira Retreat is a no smoking property.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Deposit: To secure a booking, a deposit payment of a one night stay is required.
By paying a deposit you have read and agree to our terms and conditions.
The remaining balance is due 28 days prior to arrival date.
Failure to pay by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.
A refundable bond of $1200 (one night rate) is required on the same date as final payment.
The refundable bond will be returned within 72 hours should the condition of the property be deemed satisfactory.
Bookings made within 28 days of arrival will be required to pay in full at time of booking.
Payments can be made online. We accept Visa, Master Card, Amex.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations notified more than 28 days prior to arrival date are entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.
Within 14 days prior to arrival 50% loss of the full tariff.
Within 7 days prior to arrival: 100% loss of the full tariff.
Refund Conditions: If we are able rebook your travel dates all funds will be re-paid.
If you do not arrive and/or stay for the entire number of nights booked no refund will be given.
* We highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance to cover unexpected situations requiring cancellation of bookings.
COVID RELATED CANCELLATIONS
Any cancellation due to border and regional closures will receive a full refund or the ability to reschedule.
